About Brian Duley
Husband. father. beloved son.
Apostle Brian Duley is the Senior Pastor of Nikao Church in Charlotte, North Carolina and the founder of Brian Duley Ministries.
For decades, he has devoted his life to teaching the Word of God with clarity, conviction, and compassion. His passion is to see people transformed by the truth of Scripture and the power of the Holy Spirit—discovering their identity in Christ and walking in the life God designed for them.
Apostle Brian holds a business degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received pastoral training from Rhema Bible Training College with a concentration in pastoral ministry.
Together with his wife, Pastor Tamika Duley, and their four children, he continues to faithfully serve the people of God while equipping leaders and believers to live lives fully surrendered to Christ.

THE BE-LOVED Message
One of the foundational teachings of Brian Duley Ministries centers on identity in Christ.
At Jesus’ baptism, before His public ministry began, the Father declared:
“This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.”-Matthew 3:17
That declaration came before the miracles, before the sermons, and before the crowds.
It reveals a powerful truth: identity comes before assignment.
Apostle Brian teaches that many believers live under the weight of lies about their past, their worth, or their standing with God. But when those lies are uncovered, the truth of God’s Word can take root.
As he often says:
“When you uncover the lie, you discover the truth.”
Through Scripture and discipleship, believers learn to override the enemy’s lies with God’s truth and begin to live as Be-loved sons and daughters, secure in the Father’s love.
A Shepherd's heart
Apostle Brian Duley has faithfully served as the Senior Pastor of Nikao Church for more than a decade.
The mission of Nikao Church is simple:
To help people know God and live out His heart. WE>me
Under Apostle Brian’s leadership, thousands have encountered the presence of God through the teaching of the Word and the work of the Holy Spirit—experiencing healing, freedom, and transformation.
Yet for him, the greatest joy in ministry is watching people grow into who God created them to be and seeing leaders rise to walk confidently in their calling.
